Half time 0-19.
The second half witnessed a plethora of tries from both sides. Claverdon initially extending their lead with some clever kicking from Fly Half James Williams, including two for winger George Redwood and a seventy metre sprint for Gibney’s second.
With the game opening up, the teams shared four tries, before Burbage scored the final two of the game to gain a bonus point and a more respectable scoreline. Final score, 22-48 to Claverdon, who host Southam at home in the next game on 4th February.
